With an extensive personal history as well as a decades long pursuit on gaining and maintaining back health, Paul Roberts will be sharing his experience and perception on how to navigate around all of our “weakest” link. He has been clinically diagnosed with herniations, seen numerous chiropractors, maintained a bodywork and physical therapy routine, as well learned from some of the biggest names and resources in back health. It’s a huge hurdle for many of us and he is excited to share his opinions and experience on how to get over it.
